Complete rubbish Derick, Sugar is an appetite suppressant. You should target your fire at the sugar substitutes which encourage consumption without having the inbuilt ability to raise blood sugar which kills appetite
I will take your opinion on board and report back when I have had a think , just got a late appointment at the dentist
But I will say what you say is 100 % opposite to everyone else I talk to
