Just logged in via mobile site and can see smileys not so confused now, only shows up in iphone app as typing though!

Everything else is Apple though. ipod touch, iPad, laptops iMacs and an old desktop.

@Philip Watkins yes that is what it looked like on his ipod despite him having typed : poop : to me using laptop it shows the poop emoticon. It is quite frustrating I agree
