Summer cover crop options after astrokerb

Astrokerb applied in mid January to what seemed like osr with half a chance of making crop but it’ll now be written off. I don’t want to go down the deep cultivation route if I can avoid it

What options have I got for creating a grazeable summer cover which will also do the soil some good as well, will anything other than a brassica grow?

Would I be better to rip everything up and get a diverse summer cover growing instead? This would be the least favourable option if I can avoid it
