Summer fuel icing.

Summer fuel in plastic fuel tank looks like starting to ice up, or certainly water droplets sticking to dipstick below fuel level.

It hasn't been significantly below zero in our Yorkshire climate.

What to do? Fuel additive?

Don't use much fuel these days, but certainly water droplets, and certainly no where near -6!
My thoughts are circulate with pump and bang in some winter additive and hope for best.
