I use 12" any wider can spill over the board.
As its a 12" headstock, and the spacers are in the 12" position, I think you need to measure it again, otherwise, you have a problem!

It’s on 25’s in the first photo but will be sold on the original super hydreins. It’s very original with rubber depth wheel folding tails and the 2 spanner’s it was supplied with, do have a steel wheel with marker that I would chuck in with it. Will require new shares as its on commercial points at the moment.

looks like they are in the 13" position if thats a 12" barrell
cant say for sure, only dealt with one standard plough!( also ex Ingram Barrel) But, the front spacers are between the beam and headstock, moving the beam in, and the rear leg is in line with the beam. The old plough had no front spacers and with the leg in line with the beam it ploughed "12", Are the later ones different?
Looking as closely as I can, the headstock is 12", and the land beam seems to be inside that, but at the other end, if thats a 12" tube, then the spacers are wrong as some are between leg and tube! I have heard of people cutting the flange off the tube, and taking a piece out, then rewelding to increase the width adjustment/ get the flanges in line, as KV were not good at the latter!

Well I’ve sorted the dipping front mouldboard, must have ploughed shite as it was, simple fix by swapping mouldboards around, they are now very nearly Matching, which I should get with the mouldboard stay.
