Swapping an ag tie

Has anyone ever tried to move an ag tie from one property to another? If you have who would you suggest to aid the process?

I'm a bit out of the loop but I think you'd be best just removing the ag tie if you can work it.

The difficulty with transferring the tie is that the tie is a Planning Condition and there is no mechanism to transfer that to another property unless the other property is a new build currently being considered for planning and it can be added to the the planning approval.
The council will want to question why and what will happen to the existing property.

I did it and moved it from a 5 bedroom house which no longer had much land with it to a small 3 bedroom semi on a 350 acre farm.
The Agent who did it is now retired but he had very little problem arguing that the big house no longer had any agricultural need but the small cottage was needed for agriculture.
Luckily there were no Section 52's.

In terms of the process it will be more simple as it will be a case of modifying the occupancy condition. What might be difficult is the justification.
