Permanent ineligible features(PIF) gone missing. How big or small does inland water need to be to not declare it as an ineligible feature please? They are still on the map, but no longer highlighted as a PIF.

Well they have processed one of the 2 corrections I sent them 10 days ago, reversing an incorrect change they had made.

They didn't even send an acknowledgement of the RLE1s though as they commit to doing.

Amazingly they have also processed the other rle1 I submitted a fortnight ago to spilt a field in 2 permanently.

This all really needs taking up with the EFRA select committee. Has anyone any idea how this can be achieved?

The remote sensing algorithm is hopeless, as i said checked and my PIF are finally back after remote sensing removed them

Cheaper to remote sense then correct the mistakes, than get everything checked by no.1 eyeball. Big Brother is economising.

Yup but you would have thought when the remote sensing said remove a permenant inelligable feature (key in the name ) it might raise a flag not just accept it

Neil Parish is a farmer. There is also that MP from Norfolk somewhere who used to spar with Grimsdale although I was never that impressed as he should have asked agents to pose the questions. But anyway there you go.

Gained 3 fields off a mate next door , phoned him to say I always thought him a good old boy but giving us three fields to claim on was something else !

They have duplicated one of my fields, used a different map reference, but same field measured twice to 4 decimal places with slightly different results!! how unsurprising, the idiot that thought fields needed measuring to the nearest square metre was a moron. Needless to say I cannot just remove the duplicate, it then just says it is 'undeclared'

Why won't the nfu take one of these cases to court, the rpa are changing personal field Info without our knowledge, then fining the person for their rpa mistakes, it's nuts!

Start invoicing them for the time it's taking. They are trying to save money but as soon as it starts the receive invoices from farmers across the country it will start to sit up and listen.
