T1 Spend???

Just finnished the T1's and we are desperate for rain on all crops.
Then I opened the chemical bill!!!!!!!!!
£ 50ha on the 'dirty' varieties
£42 on the others
thats with 2l of chlormequat and some hocus pocus juice to try and kick things off.
Thats a fully walked/supply price.
We are on good wheat land in a normal year, but we are far from a normal year
what are others spending???

Wow, that's a strong fungicide mix!

Assuming sigma to be chlormequat - that seems to be £3.66 a litre, for two thirds strength product. (Normal CCC is 720g/l and approx £1/l)
Can't comment on sprinter I'm afraid.
Bassoon sounds like Ignite and doesn't seem too silly on price (paid £17.40 a litre two years ago)
Kingdom is Tracker which is approx £20/l so a little high there
Balear is twice the price it should be - Bravo 500 is only £4 for a litre.

EDIT: Just looked up Kingdom properly - it's only 60% dose of Boscalid that's in Tracker, and 75% dose of Expoxi. Probably explains topping up with the extra Bassoon to top it up to 70.75g/l expoxi, which is nearer the 67g/l there is in Tracker rather than the 50g/l in Kingdom.

So sounds a sensible T1 mix to me though, just a bit highly priced given the products involved.

Most of my wheat had a T0 of 1l chlorothalonil (ctl) as I was going through with trace elements and chlormequat (cheap insurance). Have started T1 on forward wheats. The best has had 1l chord (similar to tracker) With 1l ctl. Most will get 1l ctl with 0.6 epoxiconazole. The latter mix coming in just below £15/ha. Disease levels are low at the minute but must keep septoria out. Have been talking to a grower in Cambs today using a massive spend of Imtrex, Brutus and ctl.

T0 here was 1lt CTL and some manganese. T1 is 1lt Tracker, 1lt CTL, 0.3 Cortez and 1.5lt CCC.

First wheats here looking well with plenty of potential if we get some rain soon. Have been talking to farming friends recently all with different agronomists and what some are suggesting is seriously expensive can't see the point.

For the good:

0.75lt Mantra
1lt CCC
Assorted trace elements.

About £25/ha

The poor

1lt Cherokee
1lt CCC
Some trace elements

sub £20/ha

T0s was a litre of cherokee.

There is good as no disease on the crops.

Can you actually find much disease, are conditions favourable? No in our case, so its cheapo at T1, no T0 required on WW.
Spring wheat will get Cherokee, winters Rubric plus a bit of PGR and Mn Sulphate.

T1 spend here is £34.57

1 l/ha Tracker
1 l/ha Bravo
1 l/Ha 720g ccc
1 l/ha mn

all first wheat with reasonable potential given right weather between now and harvest

planning .5 l epoxy plus chlothan

imho no need for any more here not had enough rain or high enough temp in the last 3 weeks around here to get disease going over the years when it has been dry t1 sprays have not payed but now with protectant part of chems having to do the job
