Anyone used allplas for tarpaulin. They say they use 610gsm pvc. Sound good and reasonably priced but are I better to pay a bit more for a 630gsm from a specialist manufacturer.

What did you find. Did you get sorted?
I got a used curtain side from a man that has about 10 lorries. I think it's 25-30ft long, it might have been 50 euro
A 40ft used curtain side is about 100 euro around me. If someone buys a used trailer, they might change the curtain side to suit their colour and name.
Ask around the local hauliers.

Our local tarp maker chucks all the old ones in the blue bin - he loves it when you go and salvage the old ones

I rang the nearest one to me, they're based in Northern Ireland, he said they were in big demand, didn't think he had any and said he would ring me back. He rang me back and said he had none, told me to ring back in week, I asked him how much they would be, said they would be 100stg plus VAT so about 150 euro incl VAT.
