Russia is on my list, low birthrate.ample lands available, stable and safe if you keep to the laws of the land.Cheap alcohol & fuel and lovely welcoming people. In "normal" times our family visits Russia 3 or 4 times a year,so yes,we do know what we are talking about.
Could I buy a Russian farm ? How much an acre for grass farm ? Or dose Vlad own it all 😂.

The nation is pacified by cheap drink, send a man from the Scottish Borders and the well might run dry and lead to anarchy.
On second thoughts, hilly gather ten neighbours and visit. Putin has his novichock we have bordersman.
I’d get rid of him and his mates for half of Russia no problem , you fancy the other half ? 😂

But aren't you forgetting one thing- demand?
Going forward the move to new zero and banning of new petrol vehicles will mean the demand for petrol will plummet.

All these renewables will still need fossil fuel generators to take up the slack when they can't generate enough power to charge everyone up!

Bloke from Ensus was on our local news tonight
Said even after electric cars become majority there will be loads of demand for ethanol. Said plastics industry can’t remember the others. He seemed positive of its future
