Just seen someone advertising TB res breeding bulls in S W Scotland

Is this the end of TB free Scotland? I know they've had the odd outbreak but .......

Yep. I've heard about some hotspots around Stranraer a while back; not sure if that's bringing in from ireland or just incoming dairy replacements ?
