Anybody know what is happening we have a test due to be completed in April chances are it wont happen, animal health cant help you would have thought they could make a decision or do we have to do it for them.
Not to worried about 2m distance just our vets only have 1 qualified vet to do the jobWe are testing this week and it's business as usual. As long as you have a good system you shouldn't need to get near the vet if they are doing the crush and you are pushing the cattle up the race.
We tested last week and got a bit nervous ( more nervous than usual on a test ) when had a text from vets at 8 am saying they are trying to find a vet to read, rang them every hour and finally found out at 11:30 that we had a app for the reading, two vets were self isolating that morning out of about 7 vets so if it continues you wouldn't want to be in a position where you try and push on and get them jabbed and can't then read......
NFU priority to keep testing being done.If they stop tbt they will stop cattle being traded and then we are knackered.
