We are testing this week and it's business as usual. As long as you have a good system you shouldn't need to get near the vet if they are doing the crush and you are pushing the cattle up the race.

This side of the bridge TB testing will carry on as normal.

New guidance out today which confirmed that.

Still has to be done even if you are over 70/ self isolating etc.

Not to worried about 2m distance just our vets only have 1 qualified vet to do the job

NFU are asking for clarification in England
Seems APHA are asking vets to carry on with skin tests but APHA aren't willing to go in farm and do gamma.
Both should be being carried out.
Herds cant go clear as need gamma tests done.

We tested last week and got a bit nervous ( more nervous than usual on a test ) when had a text from vets at 8 am saying they are trying to find a vet to read, rang them every hour and finally found out at 11:30 that we had a app for the reading, two vets were self isolating that morning out of about 7 vets so if it continues you wouldn't want to be in a position where you try and push on and get them jabbed and can't then read......
