Hi iam having trouble again with my tb175 the fuel pump isn't working checked fuses and all fine tried new pump but no power coming to pump there is buzzing noise coming from side of cab is there any solenoids or relays that could be at fault thanks for any advice that would help

Buzzing side of cab could be stepper motor for electric throttle they can give problems .

A can hear it set itself when ignition is switched on would this stop power to the electric pump though ?

No wouldn't affect pump digger would start and run but only idle.
Follow wiring if poss if assume there'll be a relay to control electric pump

It's turning over but obviously when pump not working it not starting could there be relay sticking somewhere it blew pump fuse a couple of times before stopping power altogether to pump and now fuse isn't blowing it's very strange

A relay would seem likely culprit then perhaps.
