Teat dip cups

Anyone know where I can get replacement bottom part for these (the bit you squeeze) used to be able to get them but can't find them now which is annoying as the tops will outlast the bottoms many times?

Can tell your from the richer side of the mountains. I normally acquire dip cups from the chemical rep or shows.
