£60 odd out of Eirwins last year ready to bolt on.

£63 for a genuine Claas rim, tyre, tube and bearings ready to bolt on. Only problem is it's an 8 inch rim as fitted to the current rakes and tedders. My older model with 6 inch rims is £44 for a bare rim, £45 for a tyre and I stopped him there before I got the price for a tube and two bearings.

Rims with bearings and centre caps £36.50 plus vat from Kramp. Tyres £25 plus vat from JB Tyres.

Bearing spacing isn't quite the same as the original wheels but a few extra shims and all should be fine.

Try Googling "farm machinery breakers". Surely worth a try. There's three scrap dealers at least at the top of the list and I think there's a site where you can post your wants (admittedly, mostly cars) and dealers can quote.

There's something in The Bible about using old cloth, not new, to mend an old garment, isn't there?

Plenty of second hand tractor parts over here but I don't know of anyone who does second hand machinery parts. Bearings alone are £10 per wheel.
