I'm looking at a Bunnings spreader these guys have for sale, only problem is I'm in Suffolk. Has anyone had any dealings with them before? No reason to doubt them, but I've been burnt once before!
Thanks

We've got a very specific use for it, manage 2500 acres of racehorse training grounds with about 12 miles of artificial gallops. We need a narrow track spreader for putting new gallop surface on, with some actual muck spreading on the turf.

I went looking a for a new Bunning about 18 months ago. They weren’t at all helpful so we looked at Teagle who were the exact opposite and an awful lot cheaper.

If you have literally been scammed before is it not worth a trip down to look? Still don't understand anyone who buys kit unseen, I'd never trust someone on the other end of the phone that much

But the majority of spreaders are on big cleats, outboard of the body. The twin super singles are what we need to narrow it down

Yes I saw that one at the bottom of the page. For £ 27,000 I'd take a day out to check it out. I've bought some stuff sight unseen but generally that would be from someone I know well.

I bought a West straw chopper off Greg at TVM a few years ago. Straight machine and straight guy, would recommend him. All the other machinery for sale that I saw in the shed when looking at the straw chopper looked good clean machinery. He also hauled it to the other side of the A30 for me as I don't have a beacon on my tractors.
