Had lot of hassle with them exhausts before, thats why i not said anything! Stupid design rigid mount to engine with a long stack pipe.

Replaced it all, it cracked, welded it up, still cracked, welded it up again added a brace still cracked, made a better brace in the end and then i think customer cut the stack down by half??? never heard any more about it after that?

Add in a flex pipe from where it needs movement to where it’s rigid. There are universal silencers available on eBay for not huge bucks.

No room for that with standard silencer.

Would be better with a slim tractor exhaust mounted were the original stack is the a flexi from turbo elbow to it?

Have to be a slim exhaust though maybe one like off a MF135? may not be big enough bore but something along them lines.

Complete redesign sounds like the plan. Did one on my deutz a couple of months ago. Cast piece broke. Cost less to make a pillar mount exhaust than it did to replace just the cast piece off the manifold. Silly really.
