Terrible floods, again.

Just watching the news, terrible floods and strong winds again, very windy again in Central Scotland tonight, but l don't think this country has proper seasons any more, hardly any frost or snow, just mild wind/rain every second day. Even in the summer it's the same wet and warm, may has been the best month for weather up here for a least 5 years we get a dry east wind, but not had one day of east wind this winter,

I thought East Winds Come in March . Its not March yet . The last 50 years of the coldest wettest warmest and dryest ive experienced have not been in the last 30 years,62 for snow . 76 for dry . Wettest around here would have been the early 90ts . But living on the west coast of wales what the country is getting is quite normal for here . It takes a lot too rip sheets of our sheds after the battering they took in the Great Storm of 1987 , never seen anything like that. The first and only time the weather frightened me too death

Yup, it’s been a damp old squib of a winter. We’ve had no more than 5 frosts and no real low temperatures. What’s the betting we get a dry summer and we will all be crying for rain again! Perhaps we should “up anchor” and float a bit further North. That would also take us a bit further from Europe. Some on here would like that!
