TFF promoting carbon capture rip off

Doubtful because those things are enjoyed by the elite who are increasing their own wealth at the expense of normal people. It’s the normal working class that will be affected by carbon targets.

And quite rightly so, surely?

Per "elite" yacht owning individual, there are literally millions of poor polluting "working" class enjoying their Mediterranean break away from the constant daily grind that their filthy planet killing lives have become consuming electricity, food, and fuel?

Everyone is equal, but some are more equal than others

Also, those "elite" became and maintain their positions as "rich and wealthy" by convincing the millions of poor to consume (and keep consuming) significant amounts of goods and services, as well as creating and selling the superyachts, private plants, super-mansions and supercars to all of the other elite millionaires for them to spend their significant wealth on.

To be clear, the story is actually about the world's biggest carbon offsetting dealer being caught out as selling something that isn't actually happening.

They have promised to do something involving carbon that would lessen climate change. They have been found out as not actually doing what they promised, or at least not to anywhere near the amount promised.

Then there is the issue of how tf they (and I include the journalists and scientists here) ALL use the phrase emissions reductions from rainforest conservation and do so with a straight face.

There ARE NO reductions in emissions.
