Had this on demo for the past couple days. Only did around 50 bales with it, then the other driver did a bit but the weather means we didn't have a lot to bale.
Took a bit of getting used to but worked well 👍

Do you think it,s a better machine than a fusion?
Side by side in a field there about the same speed as you can,t push the vicon to fast.
Whats your thought on reliability of the fast bale, looks a lot to go wrong or potential hick ups when a few years old.

As that is what it was designed for otherwise ud have to constantly be adjustin the depth on non level ground
Depth control is to control how far down the arms go to a full stop regargless of what other settings are set at.
Draft control senses resistance (ie the arms are trying to be pulled down by a greater force ) and lifts / allows to lower accordingly
and 'wheelslip' triggers lift when actual wheeslip goes up beyond a certain percent/amount .

Why does anyone use draft control when ploughing? If there’s a tough bit of ground I want to pull the plough through it, not over it.
Just because everyone does something doesnt mean to youve got to, experiment with settings to suit yourself.
