Thought a few might be interested in this. Not entirely surprising, except perhaps the scale of it.

Strangely no mention of Bill Gates buying up huge swathes of American land. Or of large scale tree planting that is taking arable and grassland out of the food chain. If we’re gonna lose all this arable land (lol) then the logical reaction is to eat more ruminants, not less.

Water is becoming a big issue granted, food not so much.
