Neither sadly does it say much for the likely future state if either nation USA or UK, if administrations and referendums are won as a result of poor opposition, poor debate, fake news, deliberate lies, jingoism, etc, not to mention interference from a common enemy in Russia.

Thank God, the other countries in EU contemplating election of Trumpesque rif raf, had the good sense and proper debate to enable mature reflection and common sense to prevail at their recent elections.

I assert that Russia interfered in the US presidential election. All the evidence points to that. Trumps own chief of staff Rience Priebus is on record as accepting that fact.

The deeper and more murky aspects are subject to investigation right now. I await the outcome with interest. Others I guess await more in trepidation
