There's more coming in from Kyiv now, where Russia says it's hit a weapons factory on the edge of the Ukrainian capital.
Kirill Kyrylo, 38, a worker at a car repair shop in the city, told Reuters he'd seen three blasts hit an industrial building across the road, causing a blaze that was eventually put out by firefighters.
“The building was on fire and I had to hide behind my car,” he said, pointing to shattered glass and shards of metal that had been scattered from the burning building across the street.
Russia's defence ministry warned on Friday that it would intensify attacks on the capital "in response to any terrorist attacks or sabotage committed by the Kyiv nationalist regime on Russian territory".

Several major explosions in #Kyiv last night is #russia’s retaliation for the sinking of the ship. So I wonder what would have happened if we did not destroy the ship, carrying missiles? Right! More missiles would have been launched onto our cities!

I don't think it carried cruises, but it gave air defence cover to those that do; so a major loss in two ways - and of prestige of course.

It was probably just a double glazing factory... Surely if the Russian knew where these missiles where actually being made they would have destroyed weeks ago. "We must strike back hard at Ukraine because our warship was er it caught fire on its own accord..." :ROFLMAO:

Apparently it did carry the R-1000 Vulkan, which is a type of Cruise missile and is also reported to have had 2 nuclear warheads for them on-board at the time of the sinking. 🙁
Its more of an anti ship missile though. They would normally use active radar in the final moments to hit a naval target surrounded by water.... who knows if they also have a land attack mode :scratchhead:

Ukraine claims the Captain has gone down with his ship....

Meanwhile Ukraine has allegedly got intercepted audio of a Russian soldier admitting to his family that his unit fired on villages in Russia in order to accuse Ukrainian helicopters of they strike....

Russian TV getting in a muddle... apparently Putins special operation which is certainly not a war is all so full scale world war III :scratchhead:

CIA are now tonight warning the Russians may be preparing to use tactical nuclear weapons, the West may end up regretting pushing the Russians too far with the endless build up & supply of weapons to Ukraine, things are starting to get out of hand & some buggers going to pay very dearly for it!
