Things you come across on a Sunday morning

One of the lanes leading to my parent's farm goes through a disused quarry - quite private apart from the farm lane . There used to be a middle aged chap - a suit - looked like he might be a business man used to come up the lane and park up every Saturday lunch time , with what looked like his secretary . they used to do it all in style , with a wine bottle on the car "mantelpiece" crystal wine glasses , and beautiful frilly coasters , along with rather delicate thin brown bread sandwiches . If you came past when they had got going , it was rather a different tale , his bald head used to pop up from the back seat , and it was shining red hot like a beacon . They just stopped visiting after a long time . I always wonder what happened - Heart attack , wife found out , perhaps, but we all missed him .

Our local layby is where men meet
Artic left here couple of weeks ago
Said he was going to park in said layby overnight
When he came back for next load i asked if he had had a busy night
He wondered what all the cars were that kept turning up

Then he bollocked me in a strong Glaswegian accent for not telling him
