I wouldn't cull her at all, her daughters by the baz will have good feet of the baz. It takes 5 mins once a year to trim the odd back foot, I have one cow like that, not a luing or a baz but a sim x its just one foot, I do it myself

Don't cull her.5 minutes with a grinder she would be great for 18 mths to 2 years.i get 3 times worse feet than that with suckler farmers especially dairy x cows.tell them to cull and they are still there next time.If all farmers culled feet like that cow foot trimmers would be out of business.keeping heifers off cows and bulls with good feet is the economical way.

Part of it might be down to the way modern cattle eat far more nutritionally than their ancestors and can't possibly do as much walking so less wear.

Oh, henarar, yes I am going to cull her.
I have to keep costs down to a very minimum and I wouldn't get her feet trimmed for 15 quid!!
I'll keep her lovely daughters though and if the one inside her is a heifer I'll keep that too if all goes well.
