This isn't going to end well!

I note in todays news Israel has 'vowed to respond' to the Iranian missile attacks. I note also the Iranian government informed the UN that the attacks were in reply to the Israeli attack in Damascus and were not to be repeated. Mr Biden and Mr Trump as well as Mr Sunak should really stop the Israelis raising the tit for tat (old testament stuff!). The UK will be drawn into this wider conflict for the sake of the Jewish lobby in London.
That has always been the intention. Support for the destruction of Gaza and the Palestinians is on the wane ‘so lets draw the rest of the world in by bombing the Iranians’ israel isn’t a nation it’s an endtimes cult.

Iran’s not stupid they knew the”iron dome” would shoot down the vast majority of all the drones & missiles, they gave plenty of warning they were on their way, what it did do is use up one hell of a lot of Patriot missiles which will badly need replacing pretty darn quick from the US.
They intended to help Russia by creating a shortage of Patriots at Ukraines cost, there by helping Putin costing America dear with little real damage to Israel & unlikely to spark a serious retaliation but making a point, clever eh!

Israel is very much Russia’s friend. It’s time we all understood this.

I wouldn‘t mind betting the vast majority of Iranian missiles & drones didn't even have explosives on board, they wouldn’t want to do any real damage & start a war, just use up as many patriots as possible & make a point of what they could do again should Israel get carried away.

300 drones & missiles & one young girl sustains injuries, you might have thought Iran might have had a little more success, of course the Israeli's aren't going to admit shooting down 300 harmless drones missiles with expensive Patriots are they?

Injured girl having surgery for head wound - Israeli media

As we've been telling you, Israel says that one child was injured during Iran's bombardment.
That young girl is having surgery for a major head wound, the Times of Israel is now reporting, citing the local hospital.
She was reportedly injured after shrapnel from an intercepted missile fell on her family's home.
The girl, who is from a Bedouin town, is currently in an intensive care unit, the Times reports.
Israel says it intercepted the vast majority of missiles launched at it, but there were a small number of hits on its land, including the Nevatim Air Force base in southern Israel which had minor damage to its infrastructure.

Iran certainly are, they’ve denied Ukraine badly needed Patriot missiles as Ukraine is no where near as important to Americans as Israel is.
The saddest thing about this apart obiviously from the indiscriminate murder of civilians is the way the Ukraine has been thrown under the bus. They’ve no weapons to defend themselves whilst the Israelis are given whatever they need to defend themselves by bombing Gaza into the dark ages.

I'd expect a decent proportion of Israelis to have come from eastern europe.

It's more sad how politicians support Israel no matter what it does.

The descent of anyone in a country is largely immaterial though; if they are citizens there then they are Israelis. We need to get away from any kind of discussion involving the religion of people in any respective region. This is not a conflict between Jews and Muslims- it is a war between one government and a known terrorist organisation.

That the leadership of Hamas is hiding out in Doha and other countries to me tells us all you need to know about Hamas. they couldn't give a fudge about the population of Gaza or anywhere else. They are literally using these people are propaganda and human shields.

Israel contains a large number of people who are not Jewish or have any Jewish ancestry. There are Christians and Muslims living in Israel. Some of these people even serve in the IDF. They are citizens of Israel. I should think a lot of them don't want to see the death of innocent civilians of any nationality or place of birth. Some people living in Israel were actually born in Palestine. Others don't follow any of the religions I have already listed here, being Druze or aetheist.

US politicians should be far more mindful of their language though; any discussion they take part in should avoid the use of terminology which only serves the propaganda of governments or organisations which are vehemently anti-Western. This is not a conflict against Muslims, nor it against Arabic people. Nor should people be claiming Israel can do as it likes because they are the 'children of God' or any other such religious justification. But this sort of language gets trotted out a lot because many US politicians or commenters are exceptionally daft and don't see that this propagates ideas of division.

And there you have it. Israel isn't a bunch of socialists setting up agrarian communes in the desert anymore it's a land full of Russian killers. Well at least it looks that way.
A couple of years ago I watched a documentary and many of the settlers were from the good old US of A, a fair number from London and other European cities, they are being enticed there by such things as free education, healthcare and social services, the Americans who seem to fund a lot of it can only dream of. Those in the Kibbutz seemed to be particularly radical and unashamed that they were displacing the local population and took great pleasure in describing the numerous ways they intimidate the locals to drive them out. It was a difficult watch.
