got the same job to do here as well and a new coupling as well
where did you get your parts from ?
I picked them up from GT Towing, they're about 5 miles from here. They have a fantastic stock and know those old trailers inside out.

The trailer plate doesn't have a year of manufacture on it so I wasn't sure it's age. Apparently those Alko brakes were only fitted from 1989 to 1992.

Ditto. Sell a lot of trailers and generally very competitive on pricing, but not much interested in backup. When I did the brakes on mine last year I got the parts from local Vapormatic stockist. Who had everything in stock and could tell me what I needed off the top of his head.

That looks a good picture. Got a link to the camera and wifi booster? How far away is the camera?
Booster is a bt home hot spot 600 and the camera is an iegeek, off Amazon, runs on an app called sricam on any android or apple. The fold yard is about 30 metres from the house so I have a booster in the office linked to a booster in the fold yard then an extension running the camera. The boosters don’t like extensions, they want a wall plug and use your electric circuit to exchange data, luckily the buildings are all connected to the house. Also make sure your booster is compatible with your WiFi hub thingy

The past few days

Collected some telegraph poles.
Luckily we could come back over the moor tracks...

Wandering around on the intakes.
Took this photo shortly before I fell into a hole full of water.
Wet up to my waist...

Ifor Williams parts guy told us that the year of manufacture is the first two, or last two (sorry can't remember which) digits of the serial /chassis number (if it's got one)
