After what seems like an eternity I finally got all the bits for the 7930 manifold

Even managed to find the updated torque settings

Glad to get that one out the workshop after it been sat there for nearly 3 weeks!! (mainly because it stank of sewage sludge!)

Couple of jobs out this afternoon, crank seal and fan belt on a 6920.

New seal goes in much easier than the old one came out

Just love doing fan belts on tractors with front pto’s

Then put an alternator belt on a 6930 for the same customer, luckily the fan belt was still ok as it also has a fpto on!

Also replace the front light cluster as it was letting water in quite badly.

Wouldn’t mind having it when he’s finished with it either

It’s not a pond, it’s a settlement lagoon, it’s the sludge we want

We dry it and screen it, and then yes, it’s ready to spread, but it’s the drying which is the challenge! It will not dry on its own, it needs moving regularly in windrows.....as it’s currently slurry once it’s tipped, we are a long way off getting dry!
