Soils around Inkberrow are much heavier than the sandy loams near Kidderminster where I farm. Spent my sandwich year at Pershore.

Old school with the rotavator. When you order seed ALWAYS specify a delivery date. Then ring them up every day you don't have it. Name and shame.

I spotted a couple of 6 rowers this evening still going ,,dont know when newark closes but they had a fair heap to get in and local guys in the next village still loading of the pad this morning
