Let us all know how it dies, spring OSR normally gets the two fingers up by most folk so v interested to hear your thoughts on it after the binder has been through it
Will probably be cutting sometime next week when it drys up, the customer grew it last year as well and said it did ok as far as a spring crop go’s. I can’t remember exactly what it did as far as t/ac though. The wind’s been fairly battering it past couple of days so hoping it’s not shedding to much!

Leveling some dust here.

That was yesterday, still just as dry today though a little breezier.

The only job I photographed was installing a new top roller on the digger track. The old one appears to have lost a bit.

I didn't photograph;

Pig feeding, sheep feeding, weaning sows, vaccinating piglets, mending drinkers,getting cows into the yard, tagging the last calf, feeding heifers, checking easy-care ewes, checking bulling heifers drinker and some office work too.

No time for tea and scones.

Why the 3 diamonds, local scrote claims it's his trade mark. No wonder he's busy if everyone does it. Do you lay blocks your self or get a gang in and blitz it
customer just wanted something different ,our local scrotes havent got past using crayons ,let alone fancy paving designs .
All my own work ,,cant afford to be paying a gang

I was trying to tag farmerroy but my phone wont let me.
Mowed and picked up about 35 hectares of grass in the these last 2 weeks. Yesterday I picked some crap up headed for composting for someone else, now it's raining, perfect!

Then after dinner the some guys (and girl) from BASF called in for a chat about some interesting future digital projects:censored:. Also got some nice waterproof leggings of them, which was quite appropriate as it’s p!ssed it down all afternoon:(.

And nipped to give a mate a lift pull his dust extractor to bits as the bearings had gone in the motor.

a pleasure to see somebody take the time to tidy up around the telegraph poles . unfortunately around here that involves getting of the seat and out the cab !

I usual carry the stihl hedge trimmer with me when I’m hedge cutting, some of these where to tall to reach or to thick so it was a tele- handler and chainsaw job:rolleyes:
