Havnt posted on here for a while as I’m now just feeding up or doing sheep work every day

I even found time to give my tractor it’s first wash the other day so it looked kind of clean today

And my dog says hi

Nice machine. I fancy trying the latest N series. Had a brief play in a T174 Active my neighbour had on demo at silage and thought it a lovely motor. But the complete lack of engine braking and tendency of the transmission to run away downhill was a bit of a shock after being used to Deeres.

It’s a very nice place to be all day compared to the N3 it replaced

Can’t comment on the engine braking it seems normal to me but I’ve never driven a Deere apart from old 100hoss things so wouldn’t no how it compares against bigger ones

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
