Did mine year before last, I just put one in about a quarter of the way down from the top each side and it has been fine ever since, so nice not to squeak your way everywhere!!!!Been doing today what NH should have done at their Combine factory. Fitting grease nipples to the rear stub axles on our CX 6080. I know that @MrNoo and @CotswoldFarmer1977 have had the same problem. Namely that when you turn the steering wheel, the most bloodcurdling noise emanates from the back end.

Just been through mine, a few small bits still to do but pretty much there. Got fed up of crud getting between the grain tank window and cab window so have tried some expanding foam in there this year, will see how we go with that. Had the fan speed motor pack up, one walker loss monitor and a few bearings to do, and the stupidly designed de-awning plates that hinge down, have replaced them with bolt on plates on the actual concave (kit available from NH)
Well, I did think silicone but the gap is a tad too wide, cab and tank are rigidly fixed so guess the grain tank will flex as it fills. Still, will see if it works, wont be long till we find out!!!Interesting idea with the expanding foam. I wondered about some foam rubber or such which might have a bit more flexibility than expanding foam which seems to set rigid but as yet haven't got round to sourcing a suitable piece.
