Got round to discreetly removing a tree on council land that had totally blocked one of our main drain outlets

Thats the pipe going through the root ball of the tree
Which caused this

You can see how many times I went up and down that field.... escorted by one of the worlds fittest pheasants.

He walked up and down beside me all yesterday afternoon and all afternoon today.

When I got out to see what he wanted.

He turned his back on me and walked away, presumably a tame one that had been fed by a someone in a blue tractor with a roller on the back

I'm in awe....Washing the yard gates...Something that us lesser mortals can't even think to aspire to. I wouldn't even know that's a thing.

The A14 closure was odd last night taking you down to Barr Hill and queue to turn back over the bridge , round and officially up to Huntingdon , Brampton Hut and A1 South

I went back to St Ives and then Earith, Haddenham, Soham, Newmarket

Probably should have gone that way right from the start. Hindsight’s a wonderful thing !

Toe tip bucket so I have a backup grain loader. A lot slower but would get me out of trouble and can happily run the Manipoo till the wheels fall off now without fear of inopportune break downs
