No wonder this old girl was struggling to paddle around.
Yep.Am I right in thinking that you could shoot a dog harming your livestock but not a badger doing this ?
Do you do Twitter? Perhaps send that to Chris packem and mates. @Chris F might put it onYou’ve got to love a badger. Cute, cuddly. Spend their nights eating grass and their days chatting to their friends Ratty and Mole. What’s not to like?

I don’t tweet. What’s the betting they’d just deny it was a badger, assuming you got any response at all? Happy for others to use it. First time I’ve seen the bit of skull put to one side.Do you do Twitter? Perhaps send that to Chris packem and mates. @Chris F might put it on
Wished you lived round our way, I'd find plenty for it to do to knock the cobwebs off!Tbh could do with some use not done much for a while

Looks amazing, good tasting beef is hard to find around hear most killed to young no flavour.A friend/customer asked for a couple of porterhouse steaks next time we had a cow done.

At nearly 2kg each, that’s a serious piece of meat!

do you undersow your grass straight away following sowing your corn? If so doesn't it grow so fast it overtakes it and makes combineing difficult or is it going for whole crop?Undersowing grass seed from @Great In Grass

We always manage to combine it. Just bale and wrap grassy straw that comes out combine.yes drilled the barley the day before, I’ve not undersown for many years but it seems to be the way here.
I would like to harvest the barley but whole crop wouldn’t be a problem, we’ll just wait and see. Another option would be to combine the heads, mow the straw then wrap the bales
