Dropping the springs of the drill to scatter the seed on the surface seemed Like a fantastic idea. Until I lost most of them whilst drilling .

Delivered a tonne of leeks, worked with the team to pick another 750kg in the heat, then got into the shade this evening to fit a new pair of wheel dishes. The old ones were needed to get Fugly onto some rowcrop rims that I’d bought so had to buy these. Good service from Farmers Tyre in Warwickshire.

Wheat finished today at 14% started my last field of spring barley it’s 14.5% hopefully get it cut before damp sets in.
