Advice needed please, 1.5t of DAP that really needs melting to liquid, bags had split open and quite a bit has gone to a wet bar of soap consistency. Is it possible to turn to a stable liquid so I can put it through the fert system on the drill for either w wheat or W Barley
Don't do what I did a few years ago and get in the hopper and try and kick the lumps into smaller lumps! Had a bit of a skin reaction to it and ended up in AnE , itched a bit !

Used to have a customer who use to get all the split bags from the port, and then we used to spread it with Rolland muck spreader, did it for years? I think he got it for taking it away , used to be delivered in eight wheelers and tipped up in his yard, and we would ,just load it into the spreader and spread it ,very accurately if you knew what you were doing.
This picture is one of my old outfits it’s spreading chicken muck, but this is what we used

When you get round to the top slab I imagine you are going to be installing a forest of Acrow props under the form work? My son is part of a design team that have developed a quick and easy version:

The J-Strut is a temporary steel support, often referred to as an ’acrow’ prop in the UK, which can be adjusted safely, quickly and effortlessly using a standard 1/2” impact wrench instead of a manual handle.

Each J-Strut is fitted with our patented gear collar which is wound up and down to adjust the support height using the J-Strut drive pinion. The pinion locates over the existing locking pin and can be used to drive multiple props at the pull of a trigger using a standard 1/2” impact wrench.

Ground floor slab shutter system is a specially designed acrow that interlocks with other acrows making it stable.
The J-Strut looks bloody handy for other jobs thiugh

Loved my days bulldozing , did 5 weeks working on the M25 construction , got frustrated with the lack of hrs done though. The gang didn't start till 7.30 in morn and by 3pm were packing up, I wanted to get going at 6 and go on till dark but it just didn't happen so I went back to crawler ploughing in Hertfordshire.
