Sorry I do not think you can see the sea from Long Mynd until about 7000 feet. It would also mobbed with sailplanes and about 40 paragliders from experience.
No it is a wee volcanic plug called East Lomond north of Glenrothes and south of Falkland in Fife.

Its a Spires hospital - but unfortunately couldn't eat all the food as the anaesthesia has not worn off yet.

I am actually quite good for drinking plenty of fluids, but apparently I am just going to be prone to having them.
