Yep, they are actually breaking the law as their website is required to carry details of their registered office under The Companies (Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2008, possibly also covered under other regulations, there is no mention of their VAT number either. I would also be wary of dealing with them on the basis of the publicised telephone number being a mobile. There are many other clues that cue me into it being probably a man in a van outfit, probably with limited stock and undefined delivery and lead times... I may well be wrong, but that's the feel I get.

Ive just looked at there fb page and i think man and van seems about right which is a shame as i was looking for a uk supplier of toptul as the Americans seem to rave about it
Not even an indication of the area they cover

I needed some stainless screws for a bathroom I’m working on and came across these on screwfix which seem like a bit of bargain

10 yr warranty, the manf obviously believes in their product.

I get wary about warranties like that sometimes.

Some companies do this but then aren’t around in a few years to honour the warranty...! They shut down, start up another company with a new name and carry on again.

Or their terms and conditions are so strict they never actually pay out of you do claim.

Please note i’m certainly not suggesting that about the above company!

When I asked what paperwork I needed they said "It's OK, I can see you are a farmer you'll be fine". :(

Same as me, I went in and bought the 3 boxes when I’m special but also used a coupon aswell for 10% when you join there mailing list, so got it at the same price as trade.

Man at counter said you should have a trade card, I said I’d love one and he goes one minute, here you are
