Top link or stabiliser ?

Can anyone identify this which has come into a neighbour’s possession.
Top link or stabiliser, DB or IH or something else?

Strangely enough that appears to be the physically the same item including the bent coach bolt for turning .

It has been bought to go with a 25D and was hoping someone who used one could confirm.
I certainly remember a fergy top link with pressed steel serrations for a “height control” chain.

some one more knowledgeable tells me that it is to fit a Bamlet mower on to a DB tractor
From my memory the slots are to attach a link which lifts the end of the cutter bar as you come out of work. may be wrong though
