Topcon X30 screen issue

Anyone had issue with a Topcon X30 screen. i am getting what look like bubble on the screen that do not wipe off so must behind the glass. Not big in size, about a pea size, but getting more and more of them!! They are there even when turned off but no cleaning of screen will get rid of them!!
