Placed an order start of last week and got a confirmation but heard nothing since.

Have emailed them and called, phone always goes to answer phone, no response to messages.

They are based in Sussex, Thakeham.

Wish I had checked google reviews before I ordered as not great, though have used them last year once without issue.

Always used to be a banking etiquettte that you didnt bank cheques for a while after being paid, the longer you left it the wealthier you must be!! I bank cheques once a fortnight regardless of when i receive them, bit awkward/embarrassing a few years ago when a customer popped a large cheque...

They might be just taking the orders and then the items get sent from the supplier/ importer. Haven't had an issue,son won a £175 coat from them in a Facebook competition

It’s registered to a cottage so I would guess it’s a middle man/man in a van who affiliated with a bigger supplier?

I orderd some items off them a couple of weeks ago. Moneys gone but not heard anything from them and can't get a response by phone or email....
