Tractor insurance.

Looking to insure a 150hp tractor with a value approx 45k fully comp 95% contracting use, also public liability insurance to be covered for digger work, and all the usual nothing out of the ordinary really. Been quoted £1815 just for the tractor??? Seems wildly over the top? £1200for public liability 10mil plus 1mil environmental..
Any comments or advice greatly appreciated.

We have 5 tractors on full comp with a value of over 150k at 5% contracting for half that cost

Edit NFU mutual is who the price is with.
also add I had a quote from another mutual that was 5 times that price!
