Didn't really know where to post this. The radio in one of our tractors is basically crap and just wondered if anyone had any ideas what make to buy to get the best signal for stations?
I don't get dab signal here....
I do have an alpine ide-178bt head unit
Focal 5" access series 100w cones with separate front mounted tweeters.
Kenwood sw11 subwoofer.
It sounds absolutely stunning , but did set me back a little over half a grand

Similar here!
Alpine CD-R 178bt head unit
Polk audio mm651 6.5 inch co-ax speakers
JL audio xd200 amplifier
Alpine V80 subwoofer
Amazing clarity and darned good imaging as well, makes such a difference to a day in the cab. Six hundred notes well spent![emoji35]
I have just fitted a Sony blue tooth unit in a tractor, can do dab via the Internet using the phone. Better reception than any radio.
Because a lot of Case tractors have terrible signal. Ok one way up the field, then terrible the other way. Its because they have a bad earth from new.
