Emergency services were called to the scene of a collision between a car and tractor which took place in Cornwall yesterday (June 2).

Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed that nobody involved in the accident suffered serious injuries.

Pictures taken from the scene show a tractor rolled over onto its side on top of a damaged BMW car.

The road was blocked by the collision forcing traffic to a standstill.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said:

Police were called to Sandy Lane, Redruth at 7:04pm on June 2, following a report of a road traffic collision involving two cars and a tractor.

“There were no reported serious injuries. There were no arrests.”

Its not a particularly narrow lane, what ever happened?

There is a picture of a van and Discovery that met in a narrow lane around here, obviously they were going too fast and neither wanted to give way and both vehicles are in bits, no serious injury to the drivers, but the lane is completely blocked.

I've had a topper pull hard because I'd set it too high when driving over hilly ground to where I was going to start. Add a little speed, and an odd camber in the road, maybe ... ?
