Where will I find the non return valve for the red line?

red line comes from tractor to shunt valve
From shunt to tank and the main valve

I have air escaping when the red line is unplugged

That will be you load sensing valve is it not

You can buy repair kits ,but they never come apart very well ,best just put a new one on they are not that expensive, try entrek

Erentek I had this kit from think it was about 8 year ago
Brakes work fine just won't hold pressure for more than about 4 minutes after disconnecting red line

Problem is if you get stopped on the road you will be parked up and fined

As said, just replace the valve, rebuild kits are a waste of time. Worth putting filters on the lines too if you haven’t got them
