Transfer trimble ownership

Am purchasing a used Cnh trimble autosteer system (2050 plus autopilot steering) but we are having trouble transferring ownership. Since the unlocks are linked to the 2050 We presumed that we could transfer ownership from the original owner to myself easily.......but the website has defeated us! Anybody know the procedure??

Actually it has to be one of the worst websites to navigate I have come across for a while.....you would need a gps to find your way round it?
