Is there a cheap way of making or buying power and satellite leads or is out best just to buy then from am agent?

Coax leads are cheap to buy or get made with whatever connectors you need on the ends. It’s 50-ohm coax and the terminations are generally either TNC (screw up), BNC (bayonet) or N-type (large screw style).

Power cables are a little more tricky as they’re typically Deutsch DT type or similar connectors. I make my own as I have a suitable crimping tool and a bucket full of parts.
