Not quite the same firm but mainly in name. RSM Beares was established in 1989 or 1990 as I purchased a tractor off them at the time and there was a delay in the deal due to the new business starting trading. From memory “RSM”was the initials of surnames of the directors at the time.I suppose you are correct there. Beares are an excellent company to deal with. Still have an IH434 in daily use here on the yard scraper bought new from them in 1966. Was a big change that Granfer made, prior to that everything was Fordson.

On my doorstep as you know, good solid firm, several times lent us a handler to keep us going, and we don’t have a JCB!
