Yowes moved to steading field at R. Some stubble neep bulbs still left in first field, but getting too clatchy so decided best to move.

Yowe hoggs at AB. Took pity on them and gave them first ever hay yesterday. Snow and ice before Christmas was deeper, but there was more grass underneath for them to dig for, now there is not much grass left at all so hay it has to be. They ate yesterdays bale so 2 delivered today.

18012023 Yowes at R moved from Steading Field to Haugh - final field of crop, should last them until end of month / early Feb.

Was a bit nervous about running them along the wee road and then under the main road bridge - it would not have been great if they had gone straight down the wee road and on to the A road! Thankfully they behaved themselves!
